Description - SBD147 REVENGE Laid down at Deptford in 1575 and launched two years later Revenge was a large race built warship, and was the flagship of Drake for the Armada campaign. She was subsequently commanded by Frobisher and then Grenville. She was captured in the Azores in 1591, and sank three days later. Tonnage 500 tons Dimension 150’ x 32’ Armament 2 Cannon, 6 Demi-cannon 12 Culverin, 2 Demi-culverin 6 Sakers and 15 smaller pieces Crew 150 sailors, 24 gunners and 76 soldiers.
