Description - TYPE XIV U-BOATS x 3 N3604
German Submarine Tankers, generally known as “Milch Cows” or “Seekühe”. They were used to supply U-Boats at sea and could carry 432 tons of fuel and 4 torpedoes.
First Group U459-464, completed 1941/42 and second group, U487-490 completed 1942/43. U491-500 & U2201-2204 cancelled. They had no Torpedo Tubes.
